Registration includes:
- Lodging from April 7 to 12 (leaving April 13th)
- Lunch box every day
- Refreshment breaks
- Dinner every evening
- Conference Excursion
- Trekking guidance at noon every day
- Shuttle from and to El Calafate Airport for recommended flights
Full or partial financial support is available for graduate students and postdocs. Application should be sent with the abstract. Additionally, students should send a letter of recommendation and a brief statement about their interest to the Conference to dinamopatagonia@gmail.com.
Extra funds will be used to partially support invited speakers and senior researchers. Please,
communicate the Organizing Committee along with the application if you would need financial support. The amount of the support will be decided by the committee and communicated to the participants as it is coming, and refunded on-site.

- Abstracts must not exceed one A5 page (14,8cm x 21cm) and must be written in English
